Shanon developed her love for exercise at an early age.  She played every sport imaginable and growing up in Colorado, she spent many days hiking and biking and enjoying the outdoors.  Shanon fell in love with volleyball and played year-round during her time at the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received a Bachelor's degree in Journalism.

After graduation, Shanon moved to Los Angeles to study acting.  It wasn't until she began working at a yoga studio to earn a few extra dollars that she realized she could turn her love of fitness into a career.

Shanon practiced yoga regularly and strongly considered becoming a yoga instructor. However she decided that a multi-faceted career in health and fitness was more her style.  In 2002 Shanon moved to San Francisco and focused on acquiring a more holistic skill-set by becoming certified as a personal trainer, lifestyle and weight management consultant and a holistic lifestyle coach.  She began her career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in a commercial fitness club and in the years that followed, she worked as a wellness programs director in a corporate fitness center and as a head coach of an all women's outdoor boot camp company.  All of these experiences led Shanon to starting her own business in 2005 as a fitness and weight management consultant, creating customized workouts and weight management programs for private clientele.

In 2007, Shanon was introduced to a holistic nutrition consultant and learned how to eat according to her individual metabolic type and needs.  Shanon was profoundly affected by this approach and saw dramatic changes in her energy levels, mood and body composition.  This experience led her to pursue her master's degree in holistic nutrition.

Shanon is passionate about helping people live to their healthiest potential.  She believes integration of body and mind is essential to reach your fitness and wellness goals and she is committed to helping people achieve optimal health through fitness and nutrition.

Shanon currently has private personal training clients in San Francisco and Burlingame, where she resides with her husband and their dog, Charlie.

When Kerry arrived in San Francisco 14 years ago, she said goodbye to frigid East Coast winters and hello to two new loves - fitness and the outdoors. She's since run several marathons that have taken her from peaceful wooded trails in Alaska to the urban jungle of Manhattan.

After a successful 12 year career in public relations and advertising, Kerry decided it was time to pursue her passion for health and fitness full time. She became an ACSM-certified personal trainer who works with private clients and has also served as the head coach for an outdoor fitness program. Additionally, Kerry is currently pursuing a comprehensive Pilates certification to round out her fitness expertise.

Kerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston College. From personal experience, she understands the challenges of balancing a busy schedule while still squeezing in a daily workout, so Kerry will make sure your session is the best hour of your day -- both challenging and fun.  In her free time you'll find her running through the Presidio, hiking in Tennessee Valley or powering through a Pilates class.

Jenna's love for exercise began in high school.  As a member of the school's successful tennis team, her love for the sport grew.  To improve her tennis skills, she hired a personal trainer who introduced her to the value of weight training.

Enrolling in Brigham Young University, Jenna gravitated toward a major in the health field.  Exercise Science with an Emphasis in Fitness and Wellness became her major, and she excelled in areas of health and nutrition.

While working at a commercial gym, Jenna quickly became frustrated with their emphasis on getting a sale rather than helping clients achieve their goals.  She was determined to find an organization that puts the client and their achievements first.  Jenna was pleased to find Shanon who shares her same philosophy.

Jenna enjoys tennis, running, weight training, and traveling.  Combining these loves, she travelled to Beijing, China, and completed the Great Wall Marathon.  She believes in living life to the fullest and knows a healthy lifestyle contributes to that belief.
